Jenna Baillie is an Associate Attorney at Katz Chwat, PC, assisting clients in Estate Administration and Estate Planning.

Upon graduating from Florida Southern College, Jenna began her career at Katz Chwat in 2019 as the firm’s receptionist while she studied for the LSAT and gained further support from her colleagues to attend law school.

While in law school, Jenna continued working at Katz Chwat as a paralegal assisting in the preparations of estate administration forms and  federal and state estate tax returns, as well as drafting documents for the estate planning department. Her experiences here further solidified her interest in trusts and estates law.

In May of 2023, Jenna received her Juris Doctor from Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law. In law school, Jenna was a member of the Fashion Law Society, Women’s Bar Association, Elder Law Society, and the Bankruptcy Clinic. In the Bankruptcy Clinic, she was involved in representing clients in personal bankruptcy proceedings in federal court, as well as preparing and filing bankruptcy motions.

Jenna received her undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College where she was part of the Gamma Phi Beta Philanthropic Sorority, Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Honor Society, and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
